摘要
目的探讨大学生自信与学习动机的关系,为增强大学生的学习效果提供科学依据。方法使用青年学生自信问卷以及大学生学习动机量表对480名大学生进行调查分析。采用相关分析、回归分析检验自信与学习动机之间的关系。结果大学生自信各因子,即才智自信、品质自信、人际自信、应对自信、成就自信与内生动机、外生动机存在显著的正相关;才智自信和成就自信是内生动机的有效预测变量(B=0.23,P<0.001;B=0.18,P<0.001),成就自信是外生动机的有效预测变量(B=0.10,P<0.001)。结论大学生自信与学习动机的关系非常密切,可通过自信这种相对稳定的人格特质来激发学生积极的学习动机,增强学习效果。
Objective To explore the relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation,and to provide scientific evidence to improve learning effect.Methods A total of 480 undergraduates were recruited for this study which based on Youth Self-confidence Inventory and Working Motivation Inventory.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to assess the relationship self-confidence and learning motivation.Results Academic confidence,moral certainty,interpersonal confidence,coping confidence and achievement expectation were significantly correlated with intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation;Academic confidence and achievement expectation were valid predictive variables for intrinsic motivation(B=0.23,P0.001;B=0.18,P0.001),and achievement expectation was valid predictive variable for the extrinsic motivation(B=0.10,P0.001).Conclusion The relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation of college students is close,and we can motivate positive learning motivation and improve learning effect through self-confidence which is a relative stable personality trait.
