广西医学生身体自我满意度的调查分析

Physical Self-satisfaction of Medical College Students in Guangxi Province

目的了解广西医学生身体自我满意度特点及影响因素。方法采用青少年身体自我量表,通过分层整群抽样进行问卷调查,获有效样本425份,使用SPSS 10.0进行数据分析。结果①近3/4的医学生对身体自我较满意;从"最满意"到"最不满意"的维度依次是相貌特征:5.18±1.10、性特征:4.91±1.26、运动特征:4.76±1.23、身材特征:4.42±1.49与负面特征:4.18±1.59;②在各维度与总体身体自我上,城乡差异与民族差异不显著(P>0.05);性别差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.001)且男生的满意度均高于女生的,支持身体自我认知的"男强女弱说";③在运动特征、性特征、负面特征与总体身体自我上年级差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),身体自我满意度与年级的关系呈"U型"。结论广西医学生对身体自我倾向满意,性别和年级对其有较大影响。

Objective To find the characteristics and influenced factors of physical self-satisfaction among medical college students in Guangxi province.Methods Adolescents＇ Physical Self Scale was conducted and 425 samples valid.Data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results ①In general,3/4 medical college students were satisfied with their physical self.The ranking of physical self-satisfaction on the factors was appearance,sexual attractiveness,sports,body shape and body flaws.②On the factors and global physical self,significant differences were not found in nationality and rural/urban areas（P0.05）,but were found in gender（P0.05,or P0.001）.The results supported the theory ＂Man is more satisfied than Woman＂ ;③ On sports,sexual attractiveness,and body flaws,as well as global physical self,significant differences were found in grade（P0.05,or P0.01）,and the relationship between physical self and grade was like Type U.Conclusion Physical self is close to satisfaction,and effected by gender and grade.
