理工科硕士研究生金钱态度的现状及特点

Situation and Traits about the Money Attitude of the Masters in Science and Engineering

目的了解当代理工科硕士研究生金钱态度的现状及特点,为培养其社会主义核心价值观提供依据。方法采用基本情况调查问卷和金钱态度量表(MA S)对444名理工科硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果被试在权力名望维度上的得分没有超过维度均分3.5,而在维持保留、不信任和金钱焦虑维度上的得分都超过了3.5。男女被试在金钱焦虑维度上的得分差异有显著统计学意义(t=17.088,P<0.001),但有无工读经历和有无货款经历的被试在金钱态度4个维度上的得分差异均无统计学意义(t=0.513,3.489;P>0.05)。结论研究结果表明被试不太看重金钱的象征性意义,在使用金钱时是经过谨慎规划,且持有犹豫不决的态度,并经常把金钱看成是引发焦虑的来源。性别是影响他们金钱态度差异的一个重要因素。

Objective To explore the situation and traits about the money attitude of the current masters in science and engineering,and provide the basis of training the kernel values of socialism.Methods A total of 444 masters from 5 colleges were investigated with basis condition questionnaire and the Money Attitude Scale（MAS）.Results The average score on Power-prestige was lower than the standard score 3.5;while the rest average scores on Retention-time,Distrust and Anxiety were higher than the standard score.The scores on anxiety of male and female subjects had highly remarkable discrepancy（t=17.088,P0.001）,while the work experience and loaning experience had no notable influence on the factors of their money attitude（t=0.513,3.489;P0.05）.Conclusion The results indicated that these masters pay a little attention to the symbol of money;plan carefully and prepare adequately when costing the money;they usually have indecisive manner about the price of the goods;and regard the money as the origin of anxiety.The gender is an important factor which affects the money attitude of masters in science and engineering.
