医学生情绪智力对心理健康影响的结构方程模型研究

The SEM Study of the Impact of Medical College Students' Emotional Intelligence on Mental Health

目的考察医学生情绪智力对心理健康的影响,为提高医学生心理健康水平以及职业心理素质提供依据。方法使用大学生心理健康量表、大学生情绪智力量表对340名医科大学本科生实施测量,采用结构方程建模的方法建立情绪智力各因子对心理健康各因子的回归模型。结果回归模型数据拟合度良好,χ2=21.56,P=0.36;RM SEA=0.015;GF I、NNF I、CF I均大于0.95。情绪智力各因子对心理健康各因子存在一个多自变量多因变量的回归模型。结论情绪智力对心理健康有显著的预测作用。情绪智力结构中不同因子对心理健康影响的研究,有助于为医学生的心理健康教育和职业素质培养提供科学的依据。

Objective To study the impact of medical college students＇ emotional intelligence on their mental health,with the purpose of providing statistical background for enhancing medical students＇ mental health level and professional psychological quality.Methods Two surveys were conducted in 340 medical school students,of which one Mental health Scale of College Students and one Scale of Emotional Intelligence of College Students were used.Structural equation model was used to establish the regression model of the emotional intelligence factors to mental health factors.Results Established regression model fit well,with χ2=21.56,P=0.36;RMSEA=0.015 and the figures of GFI,NNFI,CFI were all over 0.95.It proved to be a multiindependent variable and multi-dependent variable regression model between the emotional intelligence factors to mental health factors.Conclusion Emotional intelligence contributes a remarkable impact on mental health,in which how each factor affects mental health will play a conducive role in mental health education and their professional psychological quality cultivation for medical college students.
