胆汁蛋白浓度对成核时间的影响

Effect of Bile Protein Concentration on Nucleation Time

目的：探讨胆固醇结石的成因。方法：应用Ｈｏｌａｎ 方法测定成核时间，考马斯亮蓝蛋白测定总蛋白，免疫透射法测定胆汁中载脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ，并将胆囊结石分为胆固醇结石和胆色素结石，成核时间分为正常组和缩短组进行比较。结果：胆汁中总蛋白浓度增加或者载脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ浓度减少是成核时间缩短的因素。结论：胆汁总蛋白浓度增加可促进胆固醇结石的形成。

Objective: To explore the relations between biliary total protein and biliary aplipoprotein A I in nucleation time. Methods: Gallstones were divided into cholestevol stones and pigment stones groups, nuclention time into normal and shortened time groups. Biliary total protein and biliary apolipoprotein A I were separately determined and compared. Results: Biliary total protein concentration increased and biliary apolipoprotein A I concentration decreased discovered in shortened nuclerate but biliary apolipoprotein restrain the formation of cholesterol stones. Conclusion: Biliary total protein concentration increased may promote cholestevol stones formation.
