圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复重度牙周病伴牙列缺损的疗效观察

The Prosthetic Effect of Conus Crown Telescopic Denture on Periodontitis

目的：了解圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复重度牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法：对１０ 例因重度牙周病所致牙列缺损患者的７９ 颗患牙以牙齿松动度、Ｘ线片、牙周炎症等临床指标进行修复前、修复后６个月的比较分析。结果：７９ 颗患牙经该义齿修复后，其松动度明显降低，修复的总有效率达９２．４％ 。结论：圆锥型套筒冠义齿对患牙和缺牙区的支持组织产生生理性刺激，能延长患牙的寿命，减缓牙槽骨吸收，防止牙周炎症的复发。

Objective: The purpose of the study is to investigate the therapeutic effect of conus crown telescopic denture. Methods: 79 teeth of 10 periodontitis patients were evaluated by index such as tooth nobility. X ray image and periodontitis before and 6 months after prosthesis. Results: After prostheses the mobility of 79 teeth decreased greatly. The total efficacy is 92.4%. Conclusions: The conus crown telescopic denture can stimulate the peridontium physiolgically, prolong the age of residual teeth, delay the obsorption of alveolar bone and prevent the recurrence of periodontitis.
