摘要 一项有趣的研究揭示，口服一定量的葡萄糖，血中胰岛素明显增加，而将等量的葡萄糖由静脉注入，胰岛素的增幅却少得多，提示肠道存在能够促进胰岛素分泌的物质，这类物质后来被称之为肠促胰岛素激素（incretin，简称肠促胰素），
