英语语言产出的"量"目前产接严重失衡,其"质"也不容乐观。语言产出直接受制于词汇输入,作为英语语言产出形式之一——"中式英语"也必然与"词汇输入"层面的因素相关。通过分析总结各种"中式英语"现象,追究词汇输入阶段存在的问题,从而从语言学习的源头入手分析词汇输入对语言产出的"质"(即产出地道与否)的影响,并提出可操作性对策。

The output of English is poor in both ＂quantity＂ and ＂quality＂. Under the control of inputting process, Chinglish, one kind of output, is bound to be related to the factors in processing vocabulary. Thus, specific Chinglish phenomena can be traced back to the inputting process, the problem of which must be discussed, aiming to analyze the influence of inputting process on language output quality and propose operative countermeasures.
