摘要 利用一对玻璃微电极同时记录内外膜下心肌细胞的跨膜电位,研究了模拟缺血再灌注条件下,3,6-[二甲胺基]-二苯骈碘杂六环枸橼酸盐对离体豚鼠心室肌心律失常及跨壁传导等电生理特性的影响。结果显示,其可明显性降低心律失常发生率、改善缺血再灌过程的跨壁传导阻滞、相对增加有效不应期、减少触发活动的发生。 Transmembrane electrical activity was recorded from endoand epicardium of isolated segments of guina pig right ventricles with a pair microelectrodes.Effect of 3,6dimethamidodibenzopyriodonium citrate on ischemia reperfusion arrhythmias and transmural time and other electrophysiological properties was studied in this paper.It showed that I65 decreased incidence of arrhythmias, depressed prolongation of transmural conduction time, relatively increased effective refractory period and decreased triggered activity.
