主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科治疗及疗效随访

THE SURGICAL TREATMENT AND CURATIVE EFFECT FOLLOWUP OF RUPTURED ANEURYSM OF THE AORTIC SINUS

探讨主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科处理及疗效随访。４９例经右心行窦瘤破裂及合并畸形修补术；２例经主动脉行窦瘤破裂修补的同时分别行主动脉瓣悬吊成形或主动脉瓣替换术。结果显示∶５１例中，住院死亡３例；术后随访有３例可能仍有轻度主动脉心腔间血液分流，余病人疗效良好。提示：主动脉窦瘤破裂均应尽早手术，必要时行急诊手术，其中多数经右心均能修补，必要时可同时行主动脉、右心联合切口。

The article reported a study on the surgical treatment and curative effect followup of ruptured aneurysm of the aortic sinus ,49 cases were operated through right heart;2 through aortic artery including aortic valvuloplasty or aortic valve replacement.The results showed that 3 cases died in hospital in 51 cases and during the followup period ,there were probably shunts between aortic artery and cardiac chamber in 3,and the other patients were in good condition.These suggest that patients suffering from ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus are operated as soon as possible, the most opertations are carried out through right heart and in necessity, operations are carried out through right heart and aortic artery.
