足舟骨应力性骨折临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 足舟骨应力性骨折因与职业运动员的特殊联系而备受关注。临床症状和体征较不典型,首诊X线片显示多为阴性,常导致诊断和治疗延误。同位素骨扫描、CT和MRI对于骨折确诊有重要临床意义,其中CT显示为诊断金标准,CT分型对治疗方法的选择有指导意义。对Saxena分型Ⅰ型骨折中非体育运动人群,多采取保守治疗;对Ⅱ、Ⅲ型骨折及Ⅰ型骨折中从事体育运动人群,多应用手术治疗。对愈合不良或再发骨折病人,应重新手术固定配以植骨;对创伤性损伤所致持续性疼痛、距舟关节炎等,可配用矫形器或行关节融合术。
