辨证论治合肾上腺皮质激素治疗原发性肾病综合征临床对照观察

Clinical Control Observation on Treatment of Primary Nephrotic\=Syndrome with Adrenocortical Hormone and the\=Syndrome Differentiation Method

目的：观察辨证论治合肾上腺皮质激素治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：１５２例患者随机分成两组，治疗组８２例予中医辨证论治合肾上腺皮质激素治疗，对照组７０例予肾上腺皮质激素治疗，观察两组治疗前后尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂、血液流变学变化及两组复发率和不良反应发生率的差异。结果：治疗组总有效率９０２％，高于对照组的７１４％（Ｐ＜００５）；治疗组在尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、胆固醇及血液流变学等方面的改善均优于对照组（Ｐ＜００５～００１）；治疗组复发率与不良反应发生率分别为４９％和１５９％，低于对照组的２０％和４２９％（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：辨证论治合肾上腺皮质激素比单纯肾上腺皮质激素治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效好。

Purpose:\ To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on primary nephrotic syndrome with adrenocortical hormone(ACH) and the syndrome differentiation method. Methods: 153 cases were randomly divided into two groupsthe treatment group of 82 treated with ACH and the syndrome differentiation method and the control group of 70 cases only with ACH. Observations were made on the changes of urinary protein, plasma albumin, blood-fat and blood rheology before and after the treatment and on the differences of recurrence rate and the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups. Results:BZ] The total effective rate in the treatment group reached 90.2%, while the control group 71.4% (P<0.05). The improvement of urinary protein, plasma albumin, cholesterol and blood rheology in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.050.01). The recurrence rate (4.9%) and the incidence rate of adverse reaction(15.9%) in the treatment group were lower than those with 20% and 42.9% res pectively in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The better therapeutic effect can be achieved for primary nephrotic syndrome through the application of both ACH and the syndrome differentiation method than the single use of ACH.\=
