摘要
通过两轮有效的紫外线诱变,获得了2株具有高产壳聚糖酶的突变株.具有较好的稳定性。其发酵液的粗酶活性达 0.2 U/ml,比原始保存突变菌株酶活性提高了 8倍。并得到一定量壳寡糖。
Two high chitosanase producing mutant srains mutagenized by UV were obtained. The experimental results indicated that the highest-yield mutant's chitosanase activity in the fermentation liquid was 0. 2U/ml and 8 times higher than the original strain. Some certain kinds of chitosan oligosacchrides were obtained.
