摘要
一、概述 生产工艺系统是以获得某种物质产品为目的,由若干个有机联系的工艺环节所组成的完整的生产系统。从能源工程的观点看,它是一个由供能、用能和余能处理三部分组成的复杂能量系统。其特点是:通常同时耗用热能、电能等多种不同能级的能量;所有的工艺环节都伴随着不可逆损失。因此,欲改进工艺系统的用能过程。
To evaluate the efficient performance accurately of a process systems the energy analysis must be operated on the basis of measured data, on line, for the working conditions often deviates from that of designed, It proves to be accurate and saving to practice measurements for energy balance and exergy balance with the scheme of the combination of black-box, grey-bdx and white-box model discussed in this paper.
