摘要
研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)树脂合成废渣中锂盐的回收工艺,提出了一种比较合理的回收工艺路线及工艺条件。实验中采用水为浸取剂将废渣分散并浸出其中的锂,用可溶性碳酸盐为沉淀剂将浸取液中的锂以碳酸锂沉淀形式予以回收,单次回收率可达80%以上。分离回收锂盐后的溶液返回PPS精馏系统,形成封闭的回收工艺技术路线,该工艺可使废渣中的助剂和溶剂得到最大程度的回收。
The recovery process of lithium salts from waste solid produced by polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin sythesis is studied, a rational recovery process and its technological conditions have been provided. Water is adopted as extract agent to separate lithium from waste solid, and soluble carbonas as precipitant to recover lithium as deposit lithium carbonate from extract agent ,the single recovery rate is above 80%. The solution after recovery process for lithium salts is returned to rectifying system to form a closed recovery technical route ,which could recover assistant and solvent from the waste solid to the maximal degree.
