聚乙烯醇-氧化铝隔膜的最优工艺条件测定

摘要 采用真空吸附法制备聚乙烯醇-氧化铝隔膜,通过正交实验测定在不同的工艺条件下所制备的聚乙烯醇-氧化铝隔膜的性能,并对实验结果进行极差分析,评价各个因素对聚乙烯醇-氧化铝隔膜性能的影响。研究发现,聚乙烯醇的用量对隔膜的电化学性能有重要影响,并确定最佳工艺条件为:聚乙烯醇的质量为5 g,氯化钠的质量为40 g,温度为75℃。 Polyvinyl alcohol-Alumina diaphragm was prepared by vacuum adsorb method in this paper.The writer used orthogonal experiment method to measure the diaphragm performance in different technological conditions and do range analysis of the experiment results.The study found that the use level of polyvinyl alcohol has an important influence to the electrochemistry performance of the diaphragm.The optimum technological condition to prepare Polyvinyl alcohol-Alumina diaphragm was confirmed as 5 g of polyvinyl alcohol,40 g of sodium chloride and 75 ℃ temperature.
