摘要
舰船设备抗冲击性能是评价舰艇生命力的重要因素之一。应用美国海军用以考核舰船设备抗冲击性能的动态设计分析方法(DDAM),考核舰船甲板设备四联装导弹发射装置的抗冲击性能。通过模态理论分析,导出DDAM方法中的重要概念模态质量。仿真结果表明,四联装导弹发射设备横向冲击位移响应最大,纵向冲击Mises应力最大,并超出材料许用应力范围,抗冲击性能不能满足舰船设备抗冲击考核要求。垂向抗冲击性能和纵向抗冲击性能达到舰船设备抗冲击考核要求。
Marine equipment shock-resistant ability is the one of important factor of ship life ability.Four-missile launcher resistant shock ability has been evaluated by American navy DDAM.Firstly analyzed the theories of DDAM and SRS,pointed out that the effective modal mass is equivalent to base shear effective modal mass.The results show that the max shock response displacement occur at Z direction and the max mises stress at X direction.The max mises stress at X direction is greater than yield strength of material.The Z and Y direction are according with the ship anti-shock specification.
