舰船综合保障工作直接关系到舰船作战性能与维护费用,是决定现代海战胜负的关键因素。为把握我国舰船综合保障的现状,认清制约其发展的瓶颈,并为决策部门制定相应的规划与指南提供依据。从管理思想、管理模式、总体技术、数据库技术、决策技术、指标体系、评价方法、实施策略以及保障性工程等方面系统性地总结了我国舰船综合保障的管理、技术、评估以及工程方面的研究进展。

Ship intergrated logistics support directly related to combat capability and cost of warship,it is essential for the result of a modern naval battle.To grasp the present situation of ship intergrated logistics support in China,to ascertain the bottleneck to restrict its development,and to provide fundamental basis for policy-deciding departments which make corresponding plans and guidelines,this paper presents a systematical summarization of research on management,technology,assessment,and engineering of ship intergrated logistics support in China,including thoughts and models of management,general technology,database technology,decision technology,index system,evaluation methods,implementation strategy,and supportability engineering.
