文章以琼崖革命根据地的创建为中心,阐述了20世纪二三十年代琼崖共产党人根据琼崖革命实际,在上级党组织的领导下,克服重重困难,对革命道路进行艰苦卓绝探索的历程。正是在正确道路的指引下,琼崖革命创造了"二十三年红旗不倒"的奇迹。

Centering round the establishment of the revolutionary base in Hainan,this paper recounts how CPC members in Hainan have,led by CPC organization at a higher level,made arduous and progressive probes into ways to revolution in accordance with the local condition of Hainan.It was by following these progressive instructions that the miracle of upholding the red flag for 23 years was worked out during the period of Hainan＇s revolution.
