摘要
对白求恩医科大学1988～1997年间各级主管部门批准的科研项目及经费情况进行了分析,并与国内其它9所部属院校1988～1997年间获准国家自然科学基金情况进行了比较。
In connection with general goals and plans of national medical researches, the 10 years (1988 - 1997) research projects of Bethune Medical University are analysed and assessed from several aspects: accelerated change of ratio of creative vs follow - on research projects, reflecting growth of independent research ability; contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, and use of highly - concentrated technologies and knowledge in research achievements; offects in development of medical service market, and in promotion of medical and health development; experiences in the reform of Sci - tech system, which not only activate research and medical work but also increase social and economic benefits.
