摘要
根据南昌铁路局直管站段管理模式２年实践的情况，阐述了铁路运输企业这一新型管理体制的优越性，并就实践过程进行了系统分析，提出了完善这一体制的设想。
On the basis of practicing the model of Railway Administration's managing stations & depots directly for two years in Nanchang Railway Administration, Advantages of the new management system in railway transportation enterprises are discussed, the practice process is analyzed systematically, and proposals are put forward to perfect the system.
