摘要
阐述了横南线自１９９８年１２月起实行分流运输后带来的良好效应。并针对上饶联络线即将开通的前景，对新线建设的进程、货运的分流方案及客车的径路三方面问题进行了探讨。
The author discussed the good benefit gained by Hengnan Railway after the transp ortation was diverted from December 1998. In view of the immediate operation of Shangrao contact line, the author discussed the construction process, freight tr ansportation diversion scheme and passenger train routes of the new line.
