摘要
运用模糊集合论及系统优化的方法,考虑编组站阶段计划刚性与柔性优化的综合协调问题,通过对阶段计划中柔性概念的模糊化定义,建立了该问题的模糊混合0-1规划模型。该模型在编组站总停时最小与提高出发列车正点率等刚性优化指标及计划可实现性等柔性优化目标之间,寻求一套最合理的编组站到发线、调机安排与车流接续优化调度方案。采用遗传算法进行实例计算表明,刚性与柔性优化的结合改进了阶段计划计算机自动编制的辅助决策基础。
This paper addresses the problem for considering the coordination of hard and soft optimization of marshalling station stage plan from the viewpoint of fuzzy set and system optimization. By means of the fuzzy definition on the concepts of soft optimization in the stage plan, a fuzzy mixed 0 1 programming model has been developed for considering the coordination among engine using plan, track arranging plan and the train departing plan. The objective considered here is to maximize the average grade of satisfaction between the hard goals like the yards staying time and soft goals like the flexibility of the stage plan. Experimental results with genetic algorithm show that the fuzziness approach improves the decision basis of the computer aided dispatching plan.
