The paper analyzes the location relationship between the circular checkup plane and the varied gauges on the bases of their features. It establishes a mathematical model for determining the out of gauge location and calculating the minimum distance, and furthermore, makes a programmer to solve the model by computer. It is important to determine the accurate out of gauge degree and the operation condition of the vehicle with out of gauge goods.
