考虑RV传动中摆线轮修形引起的初始间隙的影响,建立了各接触齿受力与接触变形的函数关系的力分析模型,准确地计算出针轮的同时受力齿数、各针齿的受力大小和弹性变形数值.
Establishes force analySis model of the functional relation equation, which describes theforce of every contact tooth and contact deformation taking into account the effect of the primarydeaIance caused by modifled cycloid profile in RV drive, calculating the number of teeth meshedand forced simultaneously, the magnitude of force the elastic deformation of every pin toothwi.
