摘要
在高速列车牵引齿轮磨前滚刀齿型优化设计的基础上,对磨前滚刀系列进行了参数化图形设计,对齿形及图形参数化绘图的算法进行了研究,并应用参数化图形设计方法绘制了东风DF10和SS8-Ⅱ型机车牵引齿轮的磨前滚刀图.
Based on the optimized design about the profi1e of the hob used before grinding for thetraction gear, the method of parameter drawing design was used to draw the serial of the hob usedbefore grinding. The algorithm of parameter drawing design was studied to draw the draft of thehob which was to make the traction gears for high speed locomotives. It was completed fordrawing The hob used for the traction gear in 'DONGFENG DF lO' and 'SS8- Il ~ highspeed locomotives.
