摘要
喹禾灵含酚废水是一种高浓度含酚有机废水,色度为10000、CODcr高达2000~3000mg/L、对苯二酚高达2000mg/L.采用三氯化铁作混凝剂,次氯酸钠作氧化剂,就混凝剂、氧化剂最佳投药量及pH值对处理效果的影响进行了混凝氧化的试验研究.试验结果表明:混凝剂最佳投药量为10g/L,最佳pH=9~10;氧化剂最佳投药量为50ml/L,最佳pH=2~3,最终对色度、CODcr、对苯二酚的去除率分别为99%、98%、99%.
Kuihelin phenol wastewater is a high concentration organic wastewater,which colority is 10 000,COD cr is in the range from 2 000 to 3 000 mg/L ,1,4-dihydroxybenzene is 2 000 mg/L.Using ferric chloride as coagulating agent and sodium hypochlorite as oxidant,experimental research on optimun coagulating agent and oxidant dosage and effect of pH are conducted. Experimental results indicate that optimun coagulating agent dosage is 10 mg/L and pH is in the range from 9 to 10. Optimun oxidant dosage is 50 mg/L and pH is in the range from 2 to 3. Efficiency of colority, COD cr and 1,4-dihydroxybenzene are 99%,98% and 99% respectively.
