为加快浅埋暗挖隧道封闭成环的周期,喷射混凝土的施工是一道关键工序。本文介绍了在科苑立交工程中采用的混凝土桂模湿喷技术,该技术缩减了暗挖隧道封闭成环的周期,保证了喷射混凝土的均匀性、密实性,使暗挖隧道的初期支护与永久结构一次施工,开创了暗挖隧道混凝土施工的新方法。

A key procedure of shotcrete is used to speed up the closing period of shallow bored tunnel with large span . This paper introduces the wet mix method employed in Keyuan project , which characterized by reducing the closing period , guaranteeing the uniformity and density of shotcrete , finishing primary support and permanent structure at the same time . This is a new construction method of bored tunnel .
