摘要
由于秦岭隧道部分地段地质方面的原因,使TBM在掘进中发生了偏离现象。本文从介绍ZED260导向系统的原理入手,根据实际地质情况和TBM的支撑位置,分析了机器偏离设计轴线的原因,并通过采用一种非常规撑靴调向的操作方法,解决了TBM的偏向问题。这一经验值得借鉴。
The cause of deviation of driving with TBM in Qinling Tunnel is the difficult geological condition . On the basis of actual geological condition and support position ,this paper analyzes the reason that TBM deviates from the designed axle by introducing the principle of ZED260 guiding system . Finally the deviation problem is solved by using a non-routine gripper direction adjustment System .
