关节镜下髁间窝成形术治疗髁间窝撞击综合征

The treatment of femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome by arthroscopy

目的探讨关节镜下髁间窝成形术治疗髁间窝撞击综合征致膝关节疼痛及伸直功能受限的疗效。方法 2008年2月至2009年7月行关节镜下髁间窝扩大成形术治疗45例骨关节炎并伴有髁间窝撞击综合征患者,男15例,女30例;年龄46～67岁,平均56.6岁。结果全部获得随访,随访时间6～12个月。平均8个月,患者膝关节疼痛明显缓解或消失,膝关节伸直功能较术前得到明显改善。结论关节镜下髁间窝扩大成形术治疗髁间窝撞击综合征所致膝关节疼痛及伸直功能受限有明显疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the arthroscopy on the femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome. Methods Forty-five patients with femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome were treated by arthroscopic arthroplasty between February 2008 and July 2009.There were 15 males and 30 females with an average age of 56.6 years（ranged from 46 to 67 years）.Results All the patients were followed up,and the average duration was 8 months （ranged from 6 to 12 months）.The pain of knee joint was obviously relieved.Joint function was improved in all patients （especially in extension and flexion）.Conclusion Arthroscopy and arthroscopic arthroplasty are useful in the treatment of femoral intercondylar notch impingement syndrome.
