摘要
分析了目前我国城市轨道交通建设存在工程造价过高的问题,指出我国当前城市轨道交通建设应遵循“量力而行、经济实用、安全可靠”的原则,提出了降低城市轨道交通工程造价的指导思想。城市轨道交通建设标准要适当,技术装备国产化程度要提高,路网规划要周到。
It is a long - standing problem that the construction costs of urban mass transit in China remain too high. Following the principle of 'practical, economical and reliable construction', the author holds that the guiding ideology of reducing the construction costs shall be established on the basis of adaptive standard in project, higher occupancy of home - manufactured equipment and overal network planning.
