在金融危机的国际环境中,我国采取了一系列扩大内需的刺激措施,其中1/3以上的投资都直接或间接地带动了涂料行业的发展.概述了477亿元大规模投资所带来的粉末涂料在管道工程、建筑工程、交通设施、电力以及通讯领域的应用和发展.

Under the international conditions of financial crisis, China has put forwards a series of policies to stimulate the increase of domestic demand, and the one third of invest has directly or indirectly brought along the development of coatings industry. This paper narrates the use and the development of powder coatings in pipeline engineering, constraction engineering, traffic facilities, electricity field and communications field caused by the 4 trillion invest.
