涂料行业既是一个历史悠久的传统产业,又是一个技术密集度较高且应用领域不断延伸的朝阳产业.它的＂绿色化＂改造尤为引起国内外政府的法规部门和标准化机构的高度关注.中国涂料行业在这方面已取得明显的进展,但离目标要求仍有较大的差距.宁波作为沿海经济发达地区,对涂料产业的＂绿色化＂改造的要求更严格,本文对此进行探讨.

Coatings industry .is not only a traditional industry with long history, but also a sunrise industry with high technique concentration and use area of constant extension. The green transformation of coatings industry has caused great concern from regulatory bodies and standardization organizations domestic and overseas. China coatings industry has made great progress, but there is still difference from aims. As an economically developed region, Ningbo puts more strict requirements on the green transformation of coatings industry. This paper discusses this.
