摘要
采用酚醛环氧树脂以及耐酸性颜填料等原料,制备了可常温固化耐强化学品性的酚醛环氧防腐涂料.进行了配方设计和工艺设计,探讨了涂料指标,助剂的影响、固化剂的反应机理以及施工条件.
Harsher and harsher environment of industrial manufacturing sets stricter demands on anticorrosive performance of equipments. Adopting phenol aldehyde-epoxy resin and acid resistance pigments, we have prepared phenol aldehyde-epoxy anticorrosive coatings with room temperature curing property and strong chemicals resistance. This paper narrates the I formula design and technology design and discusses the coatings index, the influence of additives, the reaction mechanism of curing agent and the application conditions.
