摘要
分析了我国铁路参与国际集装箱多式联运存在的问题，包括管理体制的不适应、运行机制的不适应、集装箱运价政策的不适应、集装箱运输设施的不适应等，并提出了相应的对策与措施，包括：改进铁路集装箱运输管理体制和经营体制；加强专业机构建设和人才培训，提高服务水平；对集装箱多式联运给予政策优惠；增加投资，完善配套设施；采用先进的科学技术，推进铁路集装箱运输规范化、现代化等。
In this paper,the authors firstly analyse the existing problems of international container multimodal transport of China Railway,such as unfittings of management system,of operation procedure,of pricing policy,and of transport facilities,and then put forward some policies and measures,including reform of management system,erection of professional organization,raising of mannal resource,grants of preferential policies,and adoption of advanced technologies.
