超重环境下微波辐射对大鼠肝细胞超微结构的影响及林蛙油营养液的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 为了解超重环境下微波辐射对大鼠肝组织超微结构的影响及林蛙油营养液的保护作用,采用离心机模拟6G超重环境,微波照射(微波源统一由大功率微波雷达发射机改装而成的微波发射机所发射,200mW/cm2,照射5min),用以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分制成的林蛙油营养液于不同时间给予大鼠,分别观察各组(A组为空白对照,B组为林蛙油营养液,C组为超重+辐射,D组为超重+辐射+林蛙油营养液,E组为林蛙油营养液+超重+辐射,F组为林蛙油营养液+超重+辐射+林蛙油营养液)大鼠肝的超微结构变化,检测大鼠血清己糖激酶活性。结果表明,各组大鼠肝脏超微结构的损伤从轻到重的排列是依次为F、B、A、D≌E、C;A、B和F组大鼠血清己糖激酶活性高于C、D和E组(p<0.05),A、B、F组之间,C、D、E组之间无显著差异(p>0.05)。说明林蛙油营养液对在超重和微波辐射环境下的大鼠肝脏有一定的保护作用,林蛙油营养液使用时间越长,作用越明显。 To study the influence of ultrastructure and protection effect of rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium on rat hepatocytes in the microwave radiation hypergravitation condition.Modelling the hypergravitation condition of 6G,the source of microwave radiation was modified of high-power microwave radar transmitter,and the power was 200 mW/cm2,5 minutes;the dosage of rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium was 3 mL of 100 g per 1 000 g body weight.We surveyed the ultrastructure of the rat liver in groups of control,B-rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium,C-hypergravitation plus radiation,D-hypergravitation plus radiation plus rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium,E-rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium plus hypergravitation plus radiation,F-rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium plus hypergravitation plus radiation plus rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium,We detected the activity of the hexokinase.Results indicates that the damage degree of the liver ultrastruture from light to heavy was group F,B,A,D≌E,C.,and the activity of the hexokinase was group A,B and F,which were higher than group C,D and E(p0.05).There was no significant difference of group A,B and F,or group C,D and E(p0.05).There is some precaution and therapeutical effect of the rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium on the microwave radiation,and the efficience is dependent on the time,with the usage of rana sylvatica Le conte oil nutritive medium.
