蜂窝陶瓷载体汽车尾气净化器的设计及降噪机理的研究

摘要 本文从降噪角度论述了关于蜂窝陶瓷载体净化器的设计原则及试验目的,提出了用净化装置替代普通消声器的构想,即选择合理的设计参数(含扩张比、各腔容积、级数等),使尾气净化装置在满足净化时对废气空速和起燃温度要求的前提下,具有消声作用,试验结果表明,对于本试验用净化器,当蜂窝藏体被安装于第二腔、块数为4~12时,实际消声量频率特性曲线完全覆盖必需消声量频率特性曲线,消声效果达到国标要求。 This paper describes design principles and test purposes of experimental study on the effect of honeycomb-like ceramic substrates of catalytic converter on engine noise reduction and presents a idea that the catalytic converter may replace conventional muffler. If design parameters, including expansion ratio, volume and number of container, are selected reasonably, the catalytic converter has the function of noise reduction while it contents the needs of exhaust gas velocity and starting temperature for purification. Experimental result has shown that practical frequency characteristic curves of noise reduction quantity cover completely necessary curve for this experimental catalytic converter with 4-12 substrates which are mounted in the second container, therefore the engine noise meets the Chinese national standard.
