前外侧肩峰入路微创锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折

Treatment of proximal humerus fractures by using locking plate through anterolateral acromion approach

目的：探讨应用前外侧肩峰入路肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的方法和疗效。方法：回顾性分析应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折41例,按Neer分型二型16例、三型20例、四型5例,其中三型和四型各有2例合并肩关节脱位,均获得有效随访,随访时间为11-25个月,平均15.5个月。结果：患肢功能按Neer功能评定标准评定,优良率：二型81%,三型75%,四型40%。结论：应用前外侧肩峰入路肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有创伤小、功能恢复好优点,是治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的一种较好方法。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures through anterolateral acromion approach.Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the applications of MIPO technology proximal humeral locking plate in the treatments on 41 patients of proximal humerus fractures.According to Neer classification,16 patients were with type Ⅱ,20 type Ⅲ, 5 type Ⅳ.In types Ⅲ and Ⅳ,each had two cases of combined shoulder dislocation.Effective follow-up visits were carried out for 11 to 25 months,and the average time was 15.5 months.Results： Limb functions were assessed by Neer scoring system.The rate of the excellent and good is 81% in Type Ⅱ,and 75% in Type Ⅲ,and 40% in Type Ⅳ.Conclusions： Locking plate for treatment of proximal humerals fractures has such advantages as stable fixation,less disturbance of blood supply and good functional recovery.It is an effective and reliable method for the treatment of proximal humerals fractures through anterolateral acromion approach.
