摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定西洛他唑片的含量。方法:采用美国Agilent HP1100系列高效液相色谱仪,SinoChrom OPS-AP(4.6 nm×250 nm 5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(60∶10∶30),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长:257 nm,柱温25℃,进样量为10μl,并以标准品氯霉素为内标进行含量测定。结果:西洛他唑浓度在25.6-307.2μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),加样提取平均回收率为99.96%(RSD=0.27%)。结论:本方法操作简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,适用于西洛他唑片含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cilostazol in tablet.Methods: HPLC was carried out using a SinoChrom OPS-AP C18(4.6 nm×250 nm 5μm)column and a mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetmitrile-water(60∶10∶30),the internal-standard was chloromycetin.The UV wavelength was 257nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results: The standard curve was linear over the range of 25.6-307.2 μg/ml of cilostazol with r=0.9998.The recovery for cilostazol was 99.96% and RSD was 0.27%.Conclusion: The proposed method was simple,selective,accurate and precise.
