反相高效液相色谱法测定西洛他唑片含量

Determination of cilostazol tablet by RP-HPLC

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定西洛他唑片的含量。方法：采用美国Agilent HP1100系列高效液相色谱仪,SinoChrom OPS-AP（4.6 nm×250 nm 5μm）色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水（60∶10∶30）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长：257 nm,柱温25℃,进样量为10μl,并以标准品氯霉素为内标进行含量测定。结果：西洛他唑浓度在25.6-307.2μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9998）,加样提取平均回收率为99.96%（RSD=0.27%）。结论：本方法操作简便,灵敏,准确,重现性好,适用于西洛他唑片含量的测定。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of cilostazol in tablet.Methods： HPLC was carried out using a SinoChrom OPS-AP C18（4.6 nm×250 nm 5μm）column and a mobile phase consisting of methanol-acetmitrile-water（60∶10∶30）,the internal-standard was chloromycetin.The UV wavelength was 257nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results： The standard curve was linear over the range of 25.6-307.2 μg/ml of cilostazol with r=0.9998.The recovery for cilostazol was 99.96% and RSD was 0.27%.Conclusion： The proposed method was simple,selective,accurate and precise.
