甲磺酸酚妥拉明片治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical research on treatment of erectile dysfunction with phentolamine mesylate

目的:了解甲磺酸酚妥拉明在治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)中的有效性和安全性。方法:采用随机安慰剂对照试验研究的方法进行分析。试验分为试验组(A组)和安慰剂对照组(B组),组间比例为1∶1。药物的有效性按国际性功能量表(IIEF)衡量;安全性以监测试验过程中的不良反应来反映。结果:有效率A组为68.9%,B组为43.8%,A、B组疗效比较有显著性差异。整个试验未发生严重不良反应。结论:甲磺酸酚妥拉明片是一种治疗ED有效且安全的药物。

Objective： To explore the offect and security of the phentolamine mesylate in the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ED）.Methods： A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial was carried out.Test was divided into the test group（A group） and the placebo group（Group B）.The ratio was 1：1. The effectiveness of the drug,according to the international function scale（IIEF） measuring;security,according to monitoring the adverse reactions during the test period were observed.Results： Efficient rate in A group was 68.9%,B group was 43.8%.There were significant differences between A and B group in efficacy.The pilot showed no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Phentolamine mesylate tablets is effective and safe for treatment of ED.
