川崎病患者的血清蛋白电泳分析

A analytical study of serum protein electrophoresis of patients with Kawasaki disease

目的:通过对川崎病患者急性期的血清蛋白电泳分析,以探讨川崎病患者的血清蛋白电泳特点和其辅助诊断价值。方法:收集川崎病患者急性期血清蛋白电泳各项值并与同期正常健康体检儿童的值作对照分析。结果:川崎病患者血清蛋白电泳各项值与正常对照组的儿童相比,有白蛋白(ALB)降低,α1球蛋白、α2球蛋白升高的特点。结论:对疑是川崎病患者做血清蛋白电泳分析有肯定的辅助诊断价值。

Objective： Through an analytical study of the serum protein electrophoresis of Kawasaki disease in the acute phase,discuss the serum albumin electrophoresis characteristic of Kawasaki disease and its auxiliary diagnostic value.Methods： Collected the serum protein electrophoresis values of confirmed Kawasaki disease and compared with those of normal healthy children.Results： Compared with the normal group,the serum protein electrophoresis values of Kawasaki disease had a decrease of ALB,and an increase of α1-globulin and α2-globulin.Conclusion： Serum protein electrophoresis analysis has a definite auxiliary diagnostic value for suspect Kawasaki disease patients.
