生脉注射液治疗产后出血性贫血的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenmal Injection for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage anemia

目的:探讨生脉注射液治疗产后出血性贫血的临床疗效。方法:对50例产后出血性贫血的患者用生脉注射液进行治疗,并进行疗效评估。结果:50例患者中,32例效果明显,12例有效,6例无效,有效率为88%。结论:生脉治疗产后出血性贫血疗效确切,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Shenmal Injection for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage anemia.Methods： The efficacy was assessed on the basis of Shenmal Injection for treatment of postpartum hemorrhage anemia of 50 cases.Results： In 50 cases,32 cases were obviously effective,12 cases were effective and 6 case was inefficacy.The total effective rate was 88%.Conclusion： Shenmal Injection is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage anemia with few adverse effects,which is good for clinical application.
