摘要
为了适应多元化、层次化的就业选择和职业环境的无序变迁,苏州经贸职业技术学院基于实践,建立面向能"工"会"商"目标的"工商融和"人才培养模式。学校形成"分层细化、逐步深化"的实施思路,按照校级规划、专业试点、模式实现的途径和方法三个层次,由宏观到微观,由上到下,由点到面分层次逐步展开"工商融和"人才培养模式的实施。
In order to adapt to pluralistic and layered employment selection and disordering evolution of professional environment,Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Economic Business has built the talent cultivation model of ＂working and commerce integration＂ facing to the objectives of capable of working and commerce based on practice.The school has formed the implementation clue of ＂minuting layeredly and deepening gradually＂,according to the three levels of school planning,specialty experiment and model achievement,the talent cultivation model of ＂working and commerce integration＂ has carried out gradually from up to down and from point to surface.
