摘要
目的了解铁路提速后机车乘务员驾驶状态与身体健康情况,以便采取有效措施,提高机车乘务人员驾驶适应性,确保铁路运输生产安全。方法对机车乘务人员从出乘开始到退乘结束期间佩戴动态心电监护仪进行全程动态心电监测,采用统计分析方法,对机车乘务员心率变异性进行监测。结果在整个工作过程中,研究组最快心率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示研究组职业紧张程度较高;各组人员在各时段的全部正常窦性心搏间期NN的标准差(SDNN)值均低于正常值(P<0.01);研究组在各测试阶段低频幅值/高频幅值(LF/HF)平均值与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示研究组人员在行车过程中交感神经兴奋性较高。结论机车乘务员心血管系统有一定的功能性改变,职业紧张程度相对较高。
[Objective] To know the driving status and health conditions of train attendants after railway speed-raising, so as to carry out the effective measures to improve the driving adaptability of train attendants and ensure the railway transportation safety.[Methods]Holter monitoring was performed among train attendants during the whole work process by wearing DCG monitor. The heart rate variability of train attendants was observed with statistical method.[Results]During the whole work process, there was significant difference in the highest heart rate between the study group and the control group (P0.01), which indicated the occupational stress in the study group was higher. SDNN values of all groups in every period were lower than the normal value significantly (P0.01). In every test phase, there was significant difference in average LF/HF between the study group and the control group (P0.01), which indicated the sympathetic excitability of the study group was higher in the train movement process.[Conclusion]The functional changes of cardiovascular system were found among train attendants, and their occupational stress was relatively high.
