职业病患者的舒适护理

Comfortable Nursing of Patients with Occupational Disease

目的探讨分析职业病患者存在的舒适问题及护理对策。方法通过患者舒适度调查,针对相关影响因素给与舒适护理干预。结果患者的舒适问题得到有效调整,舒适度明显从67.5%提高到90.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.05,P<0.05)。结论在采取护理干预时,应注意解决患者的生理、心理、环境性舒适问题,有助于改善职业病患者的身心状况,提高其生活质量。

[Objective] To analyze the existed comfort issues and nursing strategy of patients with occupational diseases. [Methods]Through patient comfort survey, Comfort care interventions were implemented aiming at related factors.[Results]Patient comfort issues had been effectively adjusted, comfort level significantly increased from 67.5% to 90%,（χ2=6.05,P0.05）.[Conclusion]When taking nursing intervention, physical, psychological, environmental comfort issues of patients with occupational diseases should be solved to improve their physical and mental condition and their quality of life.
