摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱法对水中的苯胺定性、定量分析。方法采用Zorbax ODS色谱柱,以甲醇和乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液作为流动相,UV285nm检测,外标法定量,同时测定苯胺的含量。结果苯胺含量在0.5~100.0mg/L之间呈线性关系,回归方程Y=-0.177+0.3556X,相关系数为0.9999,最小检测量为1.0ng,样品回收率为87.76%~91.73%,变异系数为0.34%~2.00%。结论方法快速、准确,是测定对水中苯胺定性、定量分析的有效方法,但成本偏高。
[Objective] To perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on aniline in water with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[Methods]Zorbax ODS column was adopted, methanol and acetic acid-ammonium acetate buffer solution as mobile phase, UV285nm for detection, external standard method was used, simultaneous determination of aniline content was performed.[Results]A linear relationship was found when aniline contents between 0.5-100. 0 mg/L. The regression equation Y=-0. 177+0.3556 x, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, the minimum detection amount was 1.0 ng, recovery rate was 87.76%-91.73%, coefficient of variation was 0. 34%-2.00%.[Conclusion]This method is rapid and accurate, and it is the effective method for qualitative and quantitative analysis on aniline in water, but with high cost.
