大厂地区中学生艾滋病防治知识调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on AIDS Related Knowledge among Middle School Students in Dachang Area

目的了解大厂地区中学生有关艾滋病防治知识、态度和行为等现状以及各学校艾滋病防治健康教育宣传开展情况,从而指导学校有针对性地做好中学生艾滋病防治知识的健康教育宣传工作。方法采取随机整群抽样的方法,对该区中学生进行问卷调查。结果该区中学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为68.79%,其中初中阶段学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为64.19%(6347/9888),高中阶段学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为73.61%(6937/9424)。5所初中学间比较,经检验χ2=80.77,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。初中阶段和高中阶段比较,经检验χ2=199.46,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论该区中学生对艾滋病基本知识总体知晓率与创建艾滋病综合防治示范区的要求有一定差距,对艾滋病知识缺乏深入了解。初中学校间学生艾滋病相关知识健康教育宣传工作存在差距、发展不平衡。

[Objective] To know the knowledge,attitude and practice about AIDS control among middle school students in Dachang area,and status of health education about AIDS control in different schools,so as to guide the special health education and propaganda about AIDS related knowledge among middle school students. [Methods]With random cluster sampling,the questionnaire survey was performed among middle school students in this area. [Results]The total awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among middle school students in this area was 68.79%,and the awareness rate of junior middle school students and senior middle school students was 64.19% （6347/9888） and 73.61% （6937/9424） respectively. There was significant difference among five junior middle schools （χ2=80.77,P0.01）. There was significant difference between junior middle school and senior middle school （χ2=199.46,P0.01）. [Conclusion]The total awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among middle school students in this area does not meet the requirements for creating the demonstration area of comprehensive AIDS control,and there is lack of understanding of AIDS related knowledge. The health education and propaganda about AIDS related knowledge in different junior middle schools has difference,and the development is unbalanced.
