脑出血体积、密度、形态动态演变的CT定量评价 被引量:5

CT Quantitative Assessment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage for Dynamic Evaluating the Volume,Density and Shape Evolution

摘要 目的使用CT血肿体积测量软件探讨脑出血体积、密度、形态影像学动态演变规律。资料与方法采用血肿体积测量软件分别测量出血后1、3、7天的出血体积,同时测量脑出血CT值、径线。结果脑出血后第1、3、7天平均吸收率分别为9.31%、16.04%、28.05%。首次出血量分别为<10 ml、10~20 ml、20~30 ml者脑出血吸收比率依次减小。脑出血CT值均数逐渐减小,阈值增大,随时间变化出血边缘区CT值较中心区CT值变化快。脑出血第1天、第7天前后径变化差的绝对值较左右径大,但无统计学差异。结论脑出血CT值均数第1天至第7天逐渐减小,而CT值阈值范围逐渐扩大;脑出血边缘区吸收较中央区吸收速度快;脑出血前后径变化差的绝对值较左右径大;脑出血体积变化与初始出血量相关,初始出血量小吸收快,出血量大则吸收慢。 Objective To assess the dynamic evolution of intracerebral hemorrhage with Hemotoma Volume Measurement Software.Materials and Methods The volume of intracerebral hemorrhage was measured by Hemotoma Volume Measurement Software at the first,third and seventh day,and the CT values and diameter were measured at the same time.Results The average absorption rate of hemorrhage were 9.31%,16.04%,28.05% at the first,third and seventh day respectively.With the increased volume(10 ml,10-20 ml,20-30 ml),the absorption rates of hemorrhage were reduced.The mean CT values of hemorrhage were gradually reduced and the threshold values were increased over time.The CT values changed quickly in the marginal zone than in the central zone.The absolute value of longitudinal diameter decreased quickly than that of transversal diameter from the first day to the seventh day,but there was no significant statistical difference.Conclusion The mean CT values of hemorrhage were gradually reduced from the first day to the seventh day,while the threshold values were increased.The CT values decreased quickly in the marginal zone than in the central zone.The absolute value of longitudinal diameter decreased quickly than that of transversal diameter.The hemorrhage absorption rate is associated with the first amount of bleeding,and it is quickly absorbed if the amount of bleeding is small.
