卵巢原发非上皮源性恶性肿瘤的CT表现

CT Findings of Primary Malignant Non epithelial Ovarian Tumor

目的探讨卵巢原发非上皮源性恶性肿瘤的CT表现。资料与方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的18例20个卵巢非上皮源性恶性肿瘤的CT资料,结合文献探讨其CT表现特点。结果 18例20个卵巢非上皮源性恶性肿瘤中,颗粒细胞瘤10例11个,内胚窦瘤5例6个,未成熟畸胎瘤2例2个,无性细胞瘤1例1个。11个颗粒细胞瘤中以实性为主8个,囊性1个,囊实性2个。6个内胚窦瘤均呈囊实性,中心有大片囊变坏死区,增强后病灶内部及周边见数量不等血管样影。2例2个未成熟畸胎瘤呈囊实性,内见多发斑块状、斑点状钙化。无性细胞瘤1例呈囊实性分叶状肿块。结论卵巢原发非上皮源性恶性肿瘤的CT表现有一定的特点。

Objective To study the CT features of primary malignant non-epithelial ovarian tumor.Materials and Methods Twenty primary malignant non-epithelial ovarian tumors proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed retrospectively and the CT characteristics were analyzed.Results Twenty primary malignant non-epithelial ovarian tumors included 11 granulosa cell tumors,6 endosinus tumors,2 immature teratoma and 1 dysgerminoma.Of 11 granulosa cell tumors,solid mass were showed in 8 tumors,cystic and cystic-solid mass were presented in 1 and 2 tumors.Six endosinus tumors all presented as cystic-solid mass with large piece of hypodense area and varying number of vessel-like images.Two immature teratoma and 1 dysgerminoma also presented as cystic-solid and the former had irregular calcification.Conclusion Primary malignant non-epithelial ovarian tumors had some characteristic CT features.
