钴铬钼合金切削杆MINI-SG/F附着体种植体支持式覆盖义齿的制作方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究选用钴铬钼合金在种植体上制作切削杆与栓道附着体结合的覆盖义齿加工制作方法。方法在种植体基台上,通过平行研磨的铸造钴铬钼合金切削杆和相应的次级卡结构,并安装MINI-SG/F栓道附着体,然后按常规制作覆盖义齿。结果采用该方法共制作16件覆盖义齿,戴入后固位、稳定良好,能够较好地满足临床要求。结论选用钴铬钼合金制作的切削杆与MINI-SG/F栓道附着体结合的覆盖义齿,不但具有固位良好、配戴舒适的特点,而且成本低,容易加工。
